Return & Exchange Conditions:

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition, with tags intact and the original packaging. Any items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please make sure to use a reliable courier service for returns.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 2-3 working days via bank transfer or UPI.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend using a courier service with tracking for your return shipment.

Terms & Important Notes:

Refunds and replacements are not provided for items that have been:

Used incorrectly

Worn out due to normal use

Exposed to UV fading or damaged by external factors like water, stones, fire, etc.

If the requested size for an exchange is unavailable, we will process a refund to your card, bank account, or wallet.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled midway. If you wish to cancel, please refuse the delivery. If you have already received the item, please follow the return process as mentioned above
